| Both the proprietor (Bridgette) and the employees at the riad Boussa were extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful. They went out of their way to make my Marrekech visit memorable. When I had a very early morning train connection to make, they made a special taxi reservation, and one of their people (Ali) even guided me from the riad to the taxi at 4am so that I would not get lost (and they packed me a breakfast!). This type of service is exceptional, and I look forward to staying there again in the future. | ||

Reservation and cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Riad Boussa will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
