| The Riad Magie D'Orient was an oasis of calm which was much needed after the hussle and bustle of the Medina, walking distance to the old town and a short taxi or horse ride to the new town. The rooms were cleaned daily, breakfast was included and the roof terrace was nice for relaxing. The three staff were excellent, so helpful and welcoming and always with a big smile on their face, I can't express just how much the staff helped make our stay so much better. I would not have a single hesitation on recommending this Riad to anyone. | ||

| Riad was great value and quality. Service was excellent. However, your website charges 30% commison on bookings. This is a ridiculous amount to charge, I will not be using your website to book again. | ||

Reservation and cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Riad Magie d'Orient will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
