Can I send further information to the owner ?
Yes. Further information will have to be written in the « Special requests » box on the booking form. If you have special requests after the reservation is made, you will be able to contact the establishment owner directly (contact information is included in the reservation confirmation sent by e-mail).
Do I have to pay the guarantee deposit immediately ?
Yes. Guarantee deposit is charged on your credit card during the reservation and allows bringing a sufficient guarantee on the reservation reliability to the property.
Do I have to use a credit card to reserve ?
Yes. Only reservations made with a valid credit card will be processed. Credit cards supplied during the reservation must be valid until the arrival date at the establishment.
How much does this service cost ?
This service is free of charge. There is not any fee or extra charge. Hôtels & Ryads will charge 20% of the total amount on the credit card supplied during the reservation. It is a guarantee deposit and the difference between this deposit and the total projected room charges are to be paid directly to the owners. This deposit is deduced from the total room cost, it is NOT an additional charge to you.
Reservations can be cancelled by clicking on « My reservations » section on the website, you will need your reservation number sent in your reservation confirmation as well as the e-mail address you provided during the reservation process to access your reservation.
How can I change my reservation dates ?
You have to call Hôtels & Ryads at +33 (0)1 42 08 18 33 (From 10 am to 6 pm – French local time, GMT+1 – From Monday to Friday) to modify your reservation dates.
Are airport transfers included ?
Unless otherwise indicated, airport transfer is generally not included in the room price. If airport transfers are included, it will be mentioned on the establishment description page as well as in the reservation confirmation e-mail that you will receive after the reservation process. Otherwise, the rate is indicated on the property page. You will be able to ask for an airport transfer while booking online or after it, by contacting either us or the property (contact information is included in the reservation confirmation sent by e-mail).
Is it safe to give my credit card number during the reservation process ?
Yes. Hôtels & Ryads uses a secured serverin which supplied information is safely conserved once it is registered through our website. Hôtels & Ryads processes credit card through its partner, Paybox. Paybox provides a secured interface and supplied information is encrypted. Credit card details will never be transferred by e-mailas it is not a safe mean of communication.
Yes. Hôtels & Ryads charges a 5€ cancellation fee per reservation for any cancellation made up to 15 days before the confirmed arrival date at the property. The difference between the 5€ cancellation fee and the guarantee deposit will be refunded on the credit card supplied during the reservation process. If a cancellation is made less than 15 days before the arrival at the establishment, Hôtels & Ryads will not refund any part of the guarantee deposit. Each property has also its own cancellation policy which is indicated on its webpage and that you will have to accept at the time of the reservation confirmation, and that will be applied in that event.
