| The Riad was lovely and so were the staff. Everything was pristine and very beautiful. The location is on the Northern edge of the Medina, so a trek to the main sites and souks once or twice a day; very convenient for the Marjorelle Gardens however. Only two tiny problems: the bed was too hard for my bad back (but lots of pillows provided) and they had forgotten my wife's dietary requirements - serving up a lovely piece of of beef to a vegetarian! Soon sorted out. As I say, the staff were fantastic. | ||

| This Ryad is absolutely great. The fruit trees in the courtyard are beautiful, the decoration is perfect and it always smells great. It is an incredibly romantic place. I don't think the webpage photos do it justice - it is much better in reality. Staff are really friendly and know exactly what they are doing, paying attention to every little detail. The food was absolutely delicious. Breakfast, which was included in the price, was always perfect. We also had dinner once and it was one of the best meals we had in Marrakech. We totally recommend this Ryad. Marrakech is a very hectic place and when you travel there it is absolutely essential to have a place like this to get a break from the craziness of the city. | ||

In the event of a reservation cancellation, the riad Clementine will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
